The Cavern was an incredible start to our holiday in KwaZulu-Natal! The location surrounded by mountains was breathtaking, and the staff's warm welcome made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a fantastic family room that perfectly accommodated our needs, and there were so many activities for everyone. The food was exceptional, but a few more options could enhance the dining experience. Overall, it provided great value for our family vacation!
The hotel offers stunning views and a charming rustic vibe that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. The dining experience was exceptional, especially with the culinary care given for dietary restrictions. However, it can feel rushed during meal times, which detracted from the overall experience. The hillside location presents challenges for those with mobility issues, so it's not ideal for everyone.
Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, we loved the stunning views and various activities offered, making it a great place for family fun. On the other hand, the experience was marred by the presence of dogs in dining areas, which made it uncomfortable during meals. Overall, it had its ups and downs but memorable moments.

What an incredible experience at this resort! The surroundings are simply beautiful, and the activities offered kept my family entertained throughout our stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us. However, I did feel a bit uncertain about the tipping guidelines during our stay, which could easily be addressed. Overall, I felt we got great value for our money here.
