The Cavern was an incredible start to our holiday in KwaZulu-Natal! The location surrounded by mountains was breathtaking, and the staff's warm welcome made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a fantastic family room that perfectly accommodated our needs, and there were so many activities for everyone. The food was exceptional, but a few more options could enhance the dining experience. Overall, it provided great value for our family vacation!

What an incredible experience at this resort! The surroundings are simply beautiful, and the activities offered kept my family entertained throughout our stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us. However, I did feel a bit uncertain about the tipping guidelines during our stay, which could easily be addressed.
